CRIME v ■ June 3,1986 On August 7, 1982, Walter, Clark Major, 52 yrs. of Ashburn Rd., Brooklin, Ontario was killed while trying to stop a number of persons from stealing tires from his property. The Durham Regional Police Force has been actively investigating this crime since 1982. Following information received as a result of the Regional Crime Stoppers Program, the following persons have been arrested : (1) Frederick Fisher, 32 yrs., 100 Whiteoaks Dr., Apt. 407, Whitby. (2) Elizabeth Ann Fisher, 27 yrs., Thornton Rd. N. R.RJ1 Oshawa. (3) Janet Fisher, 26 yrs., 41 Generation Blvd. No. 315, Scarborough. All three are charged with: Second Degree Murder, Robbery, Possession Stolen Goods Over $200., and Conspiracy to Commit Theft.
