KOPS Graduation Held at TOPS Club On Thursday evening, January 15th, a KOPS graduation ceremony was held at ; the regular weekly meeting of TOPS No. 0N870, Bowmanville. Bessie Forsey, Helen Cook and Marian Almey who are sisters, graduated together. They were presented with their pins and dilpomas by leader Shirley Cole, while their corsages and sashes were pinned on by co-leader Barb Arnburg. Each graduate was presented with a gift.
