Rev. E. Hughes officiated. officiated. The bride is the daughter of Joyce and Ralph Rowe of Bowmanville and the groom is the son of Phyliss and Rae Grant, Kedron. Given in marriage by her father, the bride looked lovely in a traditional white petite gown of satin with embroidered flowers at the bottom of the gown. For the bride's head- piece, she wore a halo of' flowers surrounding her head with a sheer veil. The bride carried a bouquet of silk red roses. Miss Dale Blackburn of R.R. 5, Bowmanville, was the maid of honour. The bridesmaids bridesmaids were Leslie Neal, sister of the groom, Oshawa, Kathy Venema, Oshawa, and Linda Kohean, Whitby. Ushers were Gary Grant, brother of the groom, Brooklin, Victor Rowe, brother of the bride, Oshawa, and Douglas Rowe, Bowmanville, Bowmanville, brother of the bride. Ring bearers were three and two year old Gregory and Christopher Neal, nephews of the groom, Oshawa. The bride's mother received the guests in a teal green dress with matching jacket and accessories. The groom's mother also received guests in a dusty rose dress and matching accessories. The bride was entertained by four showers held for her. Leaving for a honeymoon trip to Europe, the bride wore a pale pink suit with matching accessories and the groom wore a grey suit. Mr. and Mrs. Grant are now residing on Delroy Court, Oshawa. €M Judy Lynn Cochrane and Norman Kenneth Lynch were united in marriage, Saturday, April 18, 1987, at 5 p.m. in St. Paul's United Church, Bowmanville, by the Reverend N. E. Schamerhorn. The organist was Mr. Douglas 'Dewell.;' The bride's parents are Mr. and Mrs. Roger Cochrane, R.R. 4, Bowmanville, and the groom's parents are Mr. and Mrs. Ennis Lynch, R.R. 1, Bowmanville. Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a formal white gown designed with long lace sleeves and a lace bodice with pearls. A Juliet cap trimmed with lace held a veil with train, and she carried a bridal bouquet of Minuet roses, stephanotis, white carnations, baby's breath and ivy. The bride, was attended by Terri Lynch who wore a formal dusty rose gown and hat with veil. The flower girl was Stephanie Routh who wore a formal pink gown and hat, Best man was Larry Lynch, and the ushers were Rod and Jeff Cochrane. Receiving the guests at the reception held at the Tyrone Community Centre, the bride's mother wore an off white chiffon gown with a corsage of pink and white roses. She was assisted in receiving by the groom's mother who chose a two piece turquoise silk dress with a corsage of pink and white roses. Leaving for a honeymoon in Toronto the bride wore a turquoise dress. Mr. and Mrs. Lynch are now residing at R.R. 1, Bowmanville. Fred Swann at 10 a.m. with Mrs. Joyce Taylor - the fine organist. Psalm 145 was read responsively, and from the Living Faith the section was titled, "Our Mission and Unbelief." Scripture was Isaiah, Ch. 6 and Rev. Swann continued the study of "The Lords Prayer - Hallowed by Thy Name." Respect, reverence and honor are all ways in which we use God's name. The shimmery satin skirt was accented with elegant roses and ruffles which fell into a chapel train.
