Daphne Lobb On Friday, June 5th, 1987 friends and relatives gathered at the Lions Community Centre for a "Surprise Graduation Party" in honor of "Dr. Daphne Lobb". Daphne graduated from Queen's University, Kingston, Ont. on Saturday, May 23rd with a degree in medicine. Daphne is the daughter of of Alan and Betty Lobb, Bowmanville; sister of Derek and Deidre Lobb and granddauther of Mr. Arnold Lobb, Bowmanville and Mrs. Blanche Keith, Oshawa. She will be leaving for Vancouver, B.C. where she will begin a 2 year Family Medicine Residency on July 1st. Janice Louise Coverly Janice Louise Coverly, daughter of Lloyd and Joan Coverly of Courtice, has recently graduated from Queen's University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy. Janice has accepted a position with Toronto East General Hospital. She is the granddaughter of Stan and Pearl Coverly and the late Howard and Lucy Gibson. BONITA IRENE BECK Bonita Irene Beck recently graduated from Sir Sandford Fleming College with a diploma in Fashion Merchandising. She was also awarded the Grand National Trouser Inc. award as the best all around student in the two year fashion merchandising program. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Beck and family, Bowmanville are very proud of his daughter's achievements, achievements, and wish her much happiness and success in her future and career.
