July I. 1987 Track and Field Results Legion Ladies Make Presentation to Hospital $8.2 MILLION FOR ARTS -- The Ontario Arts Council, in its most recent quarterly report, has announced that it provided $8,223,431 to individual individual artists and arts organizations in the province. province. It's amazing the way that the Orono Fair folks manage to maintain the older fair-going traditions while introducing introducing new attractions each year. NEW HQ FOR HANOI TRANSIT -- Thursday, July 2, Handi-Transit will hold an Open House in their new facilities at 44 William St. W., Oshawa. That makes for a total of $17,900 raised locally -- a remarkable effort, indeed.
