Vincent Massey WSSS Welcomes New Instructor Wednesday, September 16 was the first day for Ms. Chadwick's Junior Kindergarten Kindergarten class. This is Ms. Chadwick's first year at Vincent Vincent Massey school. She taught Junior Kindergarten at Enniskillen last year. Their favorite playing areas are painting, playing in the sandbox and playing on the creative playground. Ms. Chadwick has sixteen children children in her class. First they baked him then he ran away and hasn't been seen since. So, each day they look in a different place. They first looked in Mr. Murdoch's office. He wasn't there but he left a note saying that he was afraid they would eat him. So far they have looked in the library, and Mrs. Ric- ard's office, the custodian's work room , the library, and Mrs. Avery's classroom, but each time he left a note saying saying he . was afraid they would eat him. Samantha McDonald Ms. Hendrick - Jebson has a grade 2-3 class. The children children are learning about their school. In grade 2 the children children have a new math book called "Mathquest 2." They are all very excited. Mrs. Hendrick - Jebson is teaching teaching the children about fish. They have a fish in their classroom that they named "Speedy". The children are also doing name designs, self portraits. They like to work at their learning centres. Mandy Dyskstra The grade 5-6 teacher this year is Mrs. Medd. This is her second year teaching at Vincent Massey. Before teaching here she taught a grade 7-8 class at the Senior Public school in Bowmanville. Bowmanville. This year Mrs. Medd's students students will be learning map skills. Also the grade 5's wifi be studying Mexico while the grade 6's study Africa. Later on in the school year the class will be watching a story on video called, "Tom's Midnight Garden". There will also be time a lotted for a swimming course. Volunteers will be under the supervision of a regular staff member.
