Cheese can be frozen if it is going to be cooked and several several blocks of mozzerella in the freezer are always handy for pizzas or lasagna. Other cheese may be frozen and used for sauces later. Please support our drive by buying cheese and asking vour friends if they would like to order. For the past two years we have had people ask for another another order of cheese after our drive was over. Therefore Therefore this year we are going to do a double order. If you have sold all your tickets on the weekend at Harbour Castle Hilton/or the rocking chair donated by the Pine Hut please hand them in to Shelley Allin at the rink.
