Mark, working as a cook in the mornings at Kelsey's for Co-op, has no complaints so far. Mark comes into Kelsey's at 8:30 in the morning, and does the preparation for lunch. He prepares the waitresses salad by making garnishes and vegetables. Mark makes the soup of the day, quiche, hamburgers, and apple pies. He can even whip up meals without a recipe. recipe. He says, "I can do a better job on meals that way." Steve's work consists of: preparing meals, checking off orders that come in, and cooking meals. "Another Co-op student would be great, having Mark in the morning and Shelly in afternoon is great. All the smaller jobs get done."
