Dr. Howard Rundle is the son to Dr. and Mrs. H.B. Rundle of Bowmanville. Dr. Rundle will assume his new role on January 1st, 1988. He was selected from an initial field of 61 applicants. According to the President, several of the candidates who were interviewed could have done the job and done it well, making it a difficult difficult task for the Selection Advisory Committee. He noted however, that the final final selection was a unanimous unanimous one and he stressed that Dr. Rundle has collegewide collegewide support from staff, faculty faculty and students. Dr. Moore said that Dr. Rundle isi not only well known as a democratic manager,: but also as a respected educational educational leader.
