A progressive euchre party party was held Friday evening in the Hall with 16 tables in play. The 50/50 draw was won by Lena Graham. Special draws were won by Kay tialtersby, Charlie Finnic, Finnic, Ray Goode, Ada Palmer, May Muldrew and Norma Moffat. Next card party January 15th, 1988. Jack and Jean Ogden were the church greeters on Sunday morning. The children's children's story included lighting lighting of the 4th candle "Love". The sermon was entitled "The Absolute Bottom Line". The choir sang "In a Manger He is Sleeping". At the close of the service Communion was served by the Elders.
