The game was evenly played as both teams had numerous scoring chances. Finally, with the score tied at 3-3, Stephen Ewlcs scored unassisted with 10 minutes left in the game. This proved to be the winner winner and Craig Sabine scored the insurance marker with 10 seconds left. Craig also set up Richard Solomon's "three goals and Ian Sinclair added a single assist. Jamie Potter was excellent excellent between the pipes for A&R amd deserved this win.
