Neither has the provincial leader endeared himself with an exasperated public. He has become curt and cynical cynical while distancing himself from some of the promises made during the heat of an' election campaign. And he' has totally discarded many of those admirable preelection preelection charms, such as patience patience and '/courtesy, that added cachet; to his disarming disarming personnel.
