Robert Street (Mill Street to Beaver Street) including the storm sewer outfall at Foster Creek and Beaver Street (Robert Street to South Limit) 1989 construction Beaver Street (King Street to Robert Street) 1990 construction construction The aforesaid scheduling is subject to the availability of funds. Detailed construction design drawings for both streets shall be prepared in 1988-89. The proposed work will Include road excavation placing granular granular road base, curb and gutter, storm sewers, upgrading water- main and sanitary sewers and placing hot mix asphalt. Both streets shall be constructed to a width of sufficient to provide two driving lanes and one parking lane. Miss Borger, daughter of Andy and Daly Borger of 25 Jane Street, Bowmanville, graduated with an 'A' average, making her eligible for the $1,100 award. "At this point, I'd like to go into counselling, possibly in a high school, but I will see where God finally leads me," says the bubbly first-year student. "I came here because because I felt it was important for me to develop a Christian viewpoint in psychology." This past summer Joyce worked with the develop- mentally handicapped at the Oshawa and District Association Association for Community Living. She also worked in Port Perry Perry at Scott's Place, a group home for autistic adults. "I found the work challenging challenging and very rewarding", rewarding", she notes.
