After losing the opening game back in October October 88, 3-2 to Port Perry, the team went undefeated; winning winning 13, tieing 2 and two games were not played. The last/final game was scheduled scheduled for this past Saturday, 14 Jan. at Darlington, but for some reason the visitors, Port Perry, did not show. The Team staff will find out what happened, to prevent this from happening again. Chad VanderEnde (back from the flu) from Craig Rickard and Alan McCullough. Chad scored again, a beautiful pass from David Mills and Chris Hef- fernan. Toros scored 2 goals in each the second and third periods for a commanding 6- 0 win. Scoring in the 2nd, Tracy Lemke from Chris Aitken and Joey Bate and David Mills from Craig Rickard and Chad VanderEnde. VanderEnde. Obituary Caroline Rebecca Jacklin In failing health for the past two months, Caroline Jacklin, age 90, died December December 27, 1988 at Norvanna Lodge, Melfort, Sask. She was the daughter of the late George and Hattie Avery, Little Britian and was married to the late Lloyd Bradley of Brooklin, She was very active with the Brooklin United Church. In 1966, she married the late Thomas Jacklin Sr. of Star City, Sask. Mrs. Jacklin was the stepmother stepmother of Tom, Ray and Isabella Isabella of Sask. Also survived are a niece Joyce of Kingston Kingston and a nephew Jim of Peterborough. She was predeceased by a sister Ada Woodward and n brother Llayd Avery. Dear friend of Joyce and Gladys Avery and families. Funeral services wore held at Northcutt Elliott Funeral Funeral Home Bowmanville on Dec. 29, 1988. Comblno Hour, sail & pepper in a shallow dish: beat egg with lemon juice in second dish: combine dry broad crumbs and Parmesan cheese in a third. Dip veal slices ono at a time first into flour, thon tho egg, thon the cheese crumb mixture. Allow the broaded slices to set for 20 minutes before cooking. Hoat skillet to medium high: add oil, then 1 tbsp (15 mL) butter. Saute veal slices 2 or 3 at a time for about 2 minutes on each side being careful not to crowd tho pan. Add more butler to the pan as necessary. Keep slices warm in tho oven while sauteing remaining veal. When all slices are browned, return them to the pan, reduce tho heat to simmer.
