The secretary comes to the meetings once a month, records the meeting, meeting, types it up and sends out the minutes to the committee committee members. In the past most of the committee members have been chair-people for the school their children attend. This means they go into the school when agreed upon between between them and the school, and speak to the children about Block Parents. Right now we have 10 schools that need chairpeople. People drop out of this position position for many reasons.
