St. Saviour's Fishing Trip The group left Orono on Friday for. Campbellford area, via Apsley and other points north, to a place outside outside of town named the "Hall Residence", on Trent River. The pilot in one boat had trouble keeping on course because one was out of the water (most of time). A while later our boat captained by Steve Johnson returned too early, because the muskie that took our bait, was so strong, it pulled our boat "to dock, where upon investigation we found it needed some dental work. Steve pried the fish's jaws open and we completed the necessary work, before setting setting the muskie free! We went to the Flea Market Market Saturday afternoon and then out for supper Saturday Saturday night, both outings were great and very informative. We sure enjoyed all the people people we met and sharing friendships, and hope to catch even more fish next time. We even brought back 7 bass that weighed 5 lbs. or more each, and hope that other guys have as much success; in as short a time as we had!
