Toastmaster Konzelmann received the award for Best Speaker and has now completed completed all the required speeches for her Able Toastmaster Toastmaster Certification (A.T.M.) Our heartiest congratulations, congratulations, Toastmaster Konzelmann! Of the three evaluators, Toastmaster Helen Bryden received the largest number of votes to come away with the Best Evaluator Award. She was also the recipient of the Spark Plug for her contribution contribution to the business meeting. General Evaluator Toastmaster Toastmaster Margaret Kropf has as her responsibility a general general overview of the entire meeting. But in life, as in Toastmasters, having your own fire is not enough. You must start one in other people. You must transmit to them the power of your convictions ana lead them to action. You can do so by cultivating five key elements in yourself: 1. Stoke your desire to win by picturing your goals and see ing yourself achieving them: 2. Learn to listen in order to anticipate the needs and expectation expectation of your audience or target group: 3. Know your convictions and show them: 4. Never, never give up, and : 5. Give yourself to the audience by "dropping your mask" and sharing deeply-felt emotion. Be open enough with your listeners so that they don't just hear your words: bring them close enough to catch the fire of your ideas.
