Once again, they were favored with a visit from St. Nicholas who dropped by the club on Monday, December 11. Of course, the young ladies and gentlemen from the Bowmanville Bowmanville Nursery School who were performing a Christmas concert for the Lions Club were happy to see Santa Claus too. They even received gifts of candy canes and apples from the Jolly Old Elf. Lions Club members didn't receive any presents as the result of Santa's visit last week. But, no doubt they will find some under their tree this Christmas morning. Christmas and Chocolate It all started when it was the night before Christmas. My sister could only think of chocolate. chocolate. Tanya was thinking of chocolate so much that her attitude turned on the greedy side! That morning, at 3:33, in the living room, she woke up. Mostly all the presents were hers. (Wow) "Look at all of my presents!" But, there was only one box of chocolate - ana that was from herself! herself! I was sleeping at that time and Tanya let out a large scream: Where's all of my chocolate?" At that time, after she screamed, I awoke and asked her what was the matter. She replied back that she didn't get enough chocolate ana I said to her that she didn't get any chocolate because she was so mean and greedy! < And from that time on, she never forgot the valuable valuable lesson she learned on this holy Christmas!
