Fairley at 11 a.m. In the absence of the organist, Mrs. Shirley Scott played the hymns. An excellent story for the Sunday Sunday School pupils centred around a bar of soap.- Scripture readings were Psalm 76 responsively and also from Zephaniah I, and St. Matthew. The sermon was on dealing with anger - of two kinds - human anger - and the anger of God. Service at 11 a.m. next Sunday with Rev. Wm. Fairley in the pulpit. Dale led the S.S. children with theme centred around The Lord's Prayer. The Quintet sang "Come As A Child" with our able musician Carol Mairs at the piano. Kay Heuer was introduced and warmly welcomed by Rev. Dale Davis. Kay told the congregation a little about her background and training at the Centre for Christian Christian Studies. We do welcome Kay to our church and community and trust she will enjoy her time with the folks of Blackstock and Nestleton congregations. A large congregation of members and quite a number of visitors witnessed the beautiful ceremony of Baptism - a symbolic rite with deep religious significance.
