The Minced Era Yours truly read an interesting item just recently written by Greg Clark, and would like to share it with you. Here goes! To do.with food: This is the minced era. To the young, nothing is more attractive attractive than hamburgers and hot dogs. Hot dogs are just as minced minced as hamburgers, though encased encased in a skin. If you watch the cookery pages, you will see that nothing gets more space nowadays than casseroles. And what are casseroles but minced? Salads are minced. Potatoes are generally minced as French fries or potato chips, and so on. It would not be good to offer the public roast beef or a leg of lamb when we are in the hamburger business! To me, hamburg is the most versatile meat one can buy; it can be used in so many different ways! Re.member folks! Let's Reduce, Reduce, Re-use and Re-cycle. Let us get into action. We have to do our share! Everyone is invited to join the war on garbage. We are all responsible for the environment and individual actions do make a difference!
