Joe Caruana, community services director with the Town of Newcastle, said he couldn't give an exact date on when the study will be E resented but said it would e as soon as possible. Newcastle Councillor Larry Hannah said 30 acres of land near Courtice Secondary Secondary School had been put by the town for future use in the Courtice area. He explained a feasibility study has taken place on the complex. Residents in the area, he said, have mentioned in the past the need for a library and a community hall in the neighbourhood. The consultant's report and a recommendation from Mr. Caruana on what to build, implications and costs and how to proceed on the project will come forward in the next few weeks.
