' ; ' . ■!!j iiv: Gill Leads Hockin To Win Over Kinks by Bob Sheridan Carl Robinson played a superb game in tne Kink nets as he thwarted several fine efforts before Grant Flintoff fired a deadly accurate accurate shot through a maze of players to score the opening goal. Carl was completely screened and had no chance on this one. Brian Hughes displayed stickhandling magic as he capped a solo effort to beat Art Hester and tie the score. David Green then set up Irv Gill and Bob Deblois to put our side ahead for good. Ken Rowe's drive made the score 3-2; and with a minute left in the game, the Kinks pulled Carl for a sixth attacker. Irv Gill then scored his second from Green and Deblois into the open net. The final score was 4-2.
