Richards Now that summer vacation vacation is under way, parents around the Town of Newcastle Newcastle will probably begin to hear the following familiar refrains from their children: "What can I do," and "I'm bored." The Visual Arts Centre has a varied vacation selection selection in their Visiting Artists' Summer Program to charm any type of artistically inclined inclined child between the ages of six and 13. The programs have been set up with two sessions per day for the children enrolled in the programs. The children will work with the technique called fresco. During the last week, Aug, 19-23, children will bo working with Mnralynn Cherry who will introduce the concepts of printmaking. Children will learn about lino-blocks, monoprints, and collage relief rubbings.
