Betty Kempston and Pat Blaker were married July 21, 1941, at Christ Church, Belleville, Ontario. The Reverend G.G. Wright officiated. The groomsman was Pat's brother, brother, Lionel (1909-1991). Betty's Betty's sister,' Annabelle Kempston (now Hall) was the bridesmaid. The soloist who sang 'Because' was Dorothy Dorothy Carr (now Brown). On Saturday Mr. and Mrs. Walter Murphy visited Mr. and Mrs. Harold Murphy, Murphy, Tyrone, who were observing observing their 40th wedding anniversary.
