Students Goody-bye Mr. Murray Cover By Sally Cover Mr. Murray has been at our school for four years. Unfortunately, he is leaving because he feels it is time to. move on. He will be going to S.T. Worden public school in Courtice. Mr. Murray enjoyed his stay here at B.S.P.S. most of the time. He came here because of his experience. Most of the students have noticed that Mr. Murray's lip sometimes curls up. He says that he doesn't usually know that it is happening, but it is a bad habit. And all the students should be proud to know that the thing he liked best was the people. News Article about the Past Year! Class 82 By Joy Shantz This past year I had the time of my life! In January, we were first told about our trip to Camp Tawingo. Camp Tawingo is arranged by Mr. Putnam and Mr. Harris, We went to camp for the last week of April. It is located out by Havelock. Camp Tawingo is the best camp I've ever been to. On our first day we had a scavenger hunt, so we could get an idea of the camp grounds. Then we had some parachute activities. After that we went for supper. The food wasn't that great. At camp they had many activities. They were so fun and you got so much exercise. My favorite activity were the campfire, the survival survival game, the wide game and the nighthike. I even found myself getting up at 6:00 a.m. to play tennis with Sarah Sarah H. The people in my cabin were great! Melissa, Angie, Jannette, Tara, Michelle, Sarah Hamilton, Sarah Fenton Fenton and Leah Houston. We all had a blast together and we shared all our munchies. The whole purpose of the trip was to get an idea for what it's like to live with other people and to teach us about the environment which ' is in total jeopardy! Another highlight of the year was our spirit days! Its's amazing what a person will do just to gain houseleague point's. I think it's safe to say, our school shows more spirit than almost any other school! We've had a 60's day and we've even had a pudding drop where you literally literally drop pudding in a persons mouth! We also had sledraces in the winter time and I hate to say that through it all the mustangs have come out on top. But one things for certain, Cheetah's Cheetah's rule all the way! Our school also comes on top when it comes to our school teams. We're even so lucky as to have phys- ed every school day. We recently went to the high school for a successful successful track and field meet! People were awarded medallions and ribbons. I know one thing for sure, B.S.P.S. is the best school when it comes to activ-. ities.
