This year, the school requested that students bring contributions contributions to the Salvation Army food bank in lieu of a gift to teachers and school staff. As can be seen from the photo, the idea was a big success. The students presented not only food to the Salvation Army last Thursday afternoon, but also a cheque representing the profits from a Christmas dinner served to students last week. Shown in the above photo are Don Smith and Kathleen Dawe, who organized the dinner and Marilyn Ransberry, who organized the food drive along with Roberta Ransom. We are getting her a Christmas Christmas ball with a bell in it. She is the best Christmas kitten now. My Christmas kitten is so cute. When my kitten climbs the tree she gets in trouble.
