Bill is a native of Spokane, Washington, U.S.A. and Marg was bom in Windsor, Ontario. They met in England, where Marg was living, and Bill was stationed with the Canadian Armed Forces during World War II. They have three daughters, Patricia, Dianne and Tracey and three sons-in-law, Mike, Dave and Harvey, as well as four grandchildren, Donald, Jennifer, Gregory and Robin. Following the reception held in Memorial Park Clubhouse, the couple honeymooned in Boston, Mass, and are now residing in Bowmanville. There are even helpful changes which you can make: • If you have problems with doing up buttons, get out the Velcro and cheat! Take off the button and set it on the top of the button hole. Mrs. Pat Prout was the organist and Susan Cascagnette the soloist, Parents of the bride are Daniel and Brenda Jones, Bowmanville, and of the groom Jim McKnight Whitby and Louise McKnight, Newcastle. Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a formal gown of crystal crystal organza which featured a train of ruffles. A liera style headpiece held a sheer veil and she carried a bridal bouquet bouquet of red roses and white orchids. White cowboy boots completed the ensemble. Wearing black and white mini dresses the bridal attendants were Terri Terri Aversa, and the bridesmaids Deanna Deanna Jones, sister of the bide, Jennifer Jandron and Janet Owens. Best man was Rick Pierik, and the ushers Dennis Pillion, Doug Dolan and Scott Ainsbury. The flower girl was Jenna Routh cousin of the bride. Receiving the guests at the reception reception held at the Bowmanville Recreation Recreation Complex, the bride's mother wore a dusty rose two piece chiffon suit and a pink orchid corsage. The bride wore a two piece red suit leaving for a one week holiday in the Poconds.
