Trail Riders Form Own Organization The Ontario Federation of Trail Riders (O.F.T.R.) was conceived as an organization that could represent legitimate legitimate recreational users of existing trail networks. Also it would be able to create new. trails for use by motorcycles, motorcycles, ATV's, and mountain bikes in Ontario. St. Stephen's High School held its Spring Concert on May 18th featuring performances by the Year One class, Senior Band and the Senior Ensemble. Laura Stravato received the Stephen Harrison Memorial Memorial Award for Christian Leadership and Outstanding Contribution to the music program.
