The Enniskillen United Church congregation and Sunday school joined Tyrone United Church congregation congregation on Sunday at Hay don Hall for an Open Air Church service with Ralph Worry taking over for Reverend Reverend Kelly as she was away on Study Leave and then we had a very delicious delicious Pot Luck dinner and then the congregations went outside again for games. Unfortunately, as one of our photographers arrived at the west side of the park, the heavens began sending messages to head for cover or get wet. A few umbrellas came out, but most of the young people ignored the rain and continued participating in the various games that had been set up. No doubt, the rest of the afternoon, including the barbecue, went as planned to comolete another big dav in Solina's history. Facelift for Abandoned Cemetery by Michelle Balson - 697-2349 If you remember, a while back I had written to you about the Abandoned Abandoned Cemetery Board. Well, it seems as though the abandoned cemetery cemetery on King Street, here in Hampton, Hampton, will be getting a much-needed facelift. The Ministry of Consumer Affairs regularly inspects the cemeteries cemeteries and makes recommendations to council. This $15,000 job will be funded by the Town of Newcastle (Clarington).
