To put that number into perspective, that's enough to provide 1000 cigarettes to every person on earth. Speaking of cigarettes, many people know that smokers require more Vitamin C than non-smokers. Since Vitamin C is a necessary nutrient in the making of connective tissue in our skin, its lack in smokers could account for smokers having more wrinkled skin. So we can probably say that smoking is bad for your looks as well as your health. Honey is one of the few foods that doesn't spoil. Archeologists have dug up honey from the pyramids and it was as fresh as it was when it was bottled 3000 years ago. Honey contains natural enzymes that keep it fresh. Cholesterol really gets a bad reputation mainly if it is too high. But our bodies need some cholesterol to maintain the quality of our cell membranes, for the manufacture of certain body hormones, to help in nerve conduction and to aid digestion. So it's not all bad! It's important to know about the drugs you put into your body. Our pharmacist staff can help you with that knowledge. Let us fill your next prescription.
