The exhibition will continue to October 9. The Best in Show Award went to Jordan MacLachlan for her "Untitled "Untitled Outdoors #2." The second place award, sponsored by The Royal Canadian Canadian Legion Branch 178 and Morris Morris Funeral Chapel, went to Eugenia Weineren. Her entry was entitled "Rock Formation." Awards of excellence went to: Ruth Read for "At Paul's and Michael's Michael's Farm;" Terry Jackson for "Dinner With Blackie," Richard Toms for "The Drowning Man" and Todd Tremcer for "In Memory of Distant Legends and Glory." Margaret Glow received the Mayor's Award for "Landscape, Four Movements." Awards of merit went to Jane Dixon, Eric Byars, Clco Petrovas and Barbara Smialck. October has been proclaimed Community Care month in the Municipality Municipality of Clarington in conjunc-; lion with province wide Community Support month.
