High heels can cause sore feet and serious foot damage. In fact, even I Inch heels can do this. It's best to choose shoes with heels no higher than 1/2 Inch. Nutrition Tip: Beans (kidney, navy, etc.) are a great food. They contain both soluble and insoluble fibre, vitamins and minerals. And 26% of the calories are from protein and only 6% from fat. They even lower blood cholesterol. Do you get a headache from drinking red wine (even in moderation)? It is thought that certain ingredients in red wine (not white) trigger the release of "prostaglandins", chemicals in the body that dilate blood vessels causing pain. Interesting news about PMS (Premenstrual Syndrome). The American Psychiatric Association lists PMS as a "depressive disorder" in its new diagnostic diagnostic manual of mental illnesses. Estimates show 3 - 5% of females suffer from PMS. Good advice: "Before you take It, talk about it." Our pharmacists are always available to talk to you about your medication.
