Here to Help Business As part of the restructuring of Ontario Ontario Hydro, 15 new utilities have been created to serve 900,000 Hydro retail customers across the province. Chris Bieber has been appointed Manager of Central Ontario Electric. "We are looking at every aspect of our operations for ways of improving efficiency and reducing costs," he said.
