Would the person who took the Buffet Dinner Dinner Sign on Friday night in the front of our church please return it to the church as we would appreciate having having it back to use in future years. On Sunday, May 15th, our Anni- versaiy Service was held. Diane McGill gave the Opening Greeting. The Sunday School children sang 'I Like Me* followed by Reverend Michelle Michelle Hofman giving the call to Worship and leading us all in prayer. We then sang the Hymn "Sing ye Praises to the Father". We had a special treat of our own. Reverend Michelle Hofman singing a beautiful solo "One Tin Soldier". Our guest speaker was Joanne Hiemstra and her daughter played the Flute. We all enjoyed die story and the flute solo. The children then sang "Lets Celebrate the Human Race" and "This Heart, These Hands." We then had the Prayer of the People followed followed by the Lords Prayer and hymn "Let There Be Light," followed by the commissioning and benediction and choral amen. We would like to thank Diane McGill and all the teachers of our Sunday School and the children who took up the offering and also to everyone everyone who helped to make our anni- V1 ^ ] versary such a success. The First Enniskillen Guides are the first group in our district to camp at this new site. We invited Mrs. Waller for dinner, then a tour of our site and the grounds. Gail Clark, a parent helper, volunteered volunteered to help out at our spring camp in the fall when it was booked. She was our quarter-master. Her help in the kitchen was greatly greatly appreciated and greatly needed! Sharon Baker also volunteered in the fall. She kept our fire burning through two very cool nights. Our Guiding Group is able to go camping, go on outings and do service service work because the Guiding Parents Parents are willing to get involved and help out. The leaders of the 1st Enniskillen Guides would like to thank all the parents for their commitment to Guiding in our community.
