"This new service is convenient, fast and easy to use," said Transportation Transportation Minister Gilles Pouliot. Ministry staff at the Brampton and North York centres currently answer about 2,400 calls every day during regular business hours. "If this pilot project results in the service improvements we anticipate and is well-received by the public, it may be expanded to exam centres across the province," said Pouliot.
