In response to this situation, situation, a training program called Leadership In Action (LIA) has been developed for volunteers and staff of those organizations. LIA is a dynamic, hands-on conference conference for active members of rural organizations. This 4-day program is being held from September 27-30, at Cedar Glen Conference Centre, Bolton. Bolton.
