Hazel Heffren of Asquith, Saskatchewan, attended the Marlow Reunion and spent several days with Harold and Eileen McLaughlin. Walter and Audrey Wright and their daughters Lois and Eleanor have returned home from a motor trip to Armstrong and many other points in northern Ontario. They found many changes in Armstrong from when they lived there forty years ago. Ross Duff is now a patient in Port Perry Hospital where he will be pleased to see friends come to visit. Fair This Saturday The 129th Annual Blackstock Fair on Saturday, August 27, 1994 is an event that all ages can enjoy. The excitement begins with the Demolition Derby at 7 p.m. Friday evening. This event always generates great interest. Fair day begins at 9 a.m when the buildings and midway open. The official official opening by sculptor Bill Lishman (also known as Father Goose) takes place following the arrival of the colourful colourful parade.
