Richards The municipality of Clarington reports a light turn-out at the advance advance polls leading up to Monday's municipal election. "On Nov. 5th, 415 people voted, and on Nov. 9th, 368 people voted," said Deputy Clerk Marie Knight, on Thursday afternoon, Nov. 10. "That's down 11 per cent from the last municipal election in 1991," she noted.
