MLS Link with Peterboro The Durham Region Real Estate Board has formed a new MLS link with the Peterborough Real Estate Board. On December 20th, the Durham Region Real Estate Board extended their MLS services by signing a second second "Reciprocal MLS Access Agreement." Anita Witty, President of the Durham Region Real Estate Board and Deanna Weaver, President President of the Peterborough Real Estate Board, met to officially sign the contract. The Durham Real Estate Board now has agreements in place with both the Lindsay and District and Peterborough Boards and hopes to sign with the Cobourg/Port Hope Board early in the new year. This Reciprocal MLS Access Agreement permits members of either either board, an an agreed cost, to receive receive MLS services and be able to list properties on the other Board's MLS system, without the member having to join the Board as a full member. "Wc arc excited to be offering this service to our members and to be better able to serve the public," remarked Anita Witty.
