It doesn't last forever; it frays; the edges wear. Our lives arc a quilt and we arc the pieces. Each member was then given a quilt piece that we fitted together into a larger design. Eileen read the poem "The Patchwork Quilt". Donna closed with prayer and expressed the hope that putting these pieces together would remind us of our quilt of life wc would be working on this year. Bcmicc Watson then led a craft session. After cutting, folding, and glueing, all 20 present went home with a pretty pretty heart decoration - another reminder of this fabric of life.
