Bowling League Rolling Toward Playoffs Solina News by Harvey Yellowlees "Most of the shadows of this life are caused by standing in our own sunshine." Thanks to my daughters for finishing my news and delivering delivering it to the Statesman Office while my wife and I enjoyed the back seat of a Cadillac to New Brunswick to visit our daughter and family. We had a busy weekend as it was Easter, so we spent a lot of time looking looking for eggs. We arrived home Monday to hear the news that a very loved cousin Jean had passed on. She will be missed by her many friends. The rural bowling regular nights are finished and they start playoffs next week. The Newtonshaw team finished way out in front, then Solina, Hi Cs, and Hampton then the Optical and Courticc teams. I understand Courticc were able to have an extra player! The playoffs should be very interesting. interesting. May the team with the most points be the winner. Good luck to all teams. The bowling banquet will be at Solina Hall on May 11th.
