6 The Clarington/Courlice Independent, Bowmanville, Saturday, September 7,1996 Skills Drills Kids interested in testing their athletic ability on the football field can register for a Skills Drill competition that will be taking place at Oshawa Civic Fields on Monday, September 9, at 7:00 p.m. The event consists of running running a pylon course for speed, throwing a football for distance and accuracy, and kicking a football from a tee for distance. The competition it open for both boys and girls aged 7-16, and is divided divided into age categories.
