Travellers on Solina Road last Friday, Oct. 18, might have thought they were going à little crazy when they drove past Don and Vivien Heard's place and saw the pink flamingos flamingos in the back yard or the flying saucer. Take heart, folks! the Heards are doing fine and will be getting back their breath soon, after playing host to the Montreal-based band called 'Driving Blind.' The group was using the property as the setting for a new music video and they brought along a number of interesting props, including the flying saucer. The band members are Jason Lang, Andrew Frank, Bil Ringgenberg and Bob Stagg. eritage Party Hosts The Christian Heritage Party, Party, Durham Riding Association, Association, will be holding its annual Pancake Supper on Friday, November November 1,1996 starting at 6:30 p.m. This will be a Meet the Leader Night and everyone is welcome to attend. He has worked in the newsrooms of the Vancouver Sun, Chilliwack Progress, Richmond Review and B.C. Report newsmagazine. He worked for our Federal Government's Trade Commission Commission in the United States, promoting promoting tourism and also worked as Public Information Officer for the founding administration administration of Fraser Valley University College and Trinity Western University both in B. C. He was Pacific Region public public information officer for the C. B.C. from 1960 to 1965.
