November 9 found the club playing one of only two league games this month, in Orono against a determined Optimist team. A tight checking affair, the score remained tied at 1-1 until Jeff Reynolds blasted his second of the game on a nice feed from Scott Lane with only 20 sec. left in the third to clinch it. From there it was up to Bob- caygeon for the Annual House League Tournament. The Reynolds Reynolds club was back at it, this time against Innisfil. Taking a 1- 0 lead into the second period, the Plumbing squad added two more in both the second and third to skate away with a 5-1 victory. Reynolds goals went to Scott Lane and Jeff Reynolds Reynolds with two apiece, while Rob Cummer had one of his own. Assists went to Kyle Denison, Denison, Ryan Collister and Cummer. This victory led to a showdown showdown with Newcastle with a trip to the 'A' final on the line. Another close checking effort by both clubs saw Newcastle emerge 2-1 victors, ending Reynolds Reynolds day. Reynolds journeyed to Orono on November 23, for a CRHL meeting with Remax. Again tight checking (is there a theme developing here?) came into play as both teams produced excellent chances as well as iron clad defense resulting in a 2- 2 draw. While both teams had their chances to win, neither neither deserved to lose, thus a tie was certainly a fair ending. December 1 and it was back on the road to Grafton for a rematch rematch with St. Pauls, this time understaffed after being decimated decimated by the Peterborough Santa Claus Parade. This was the last thing they needed as this game became a full fledge romp. The Reynolds squad waltzing to an 11-4 victory after after scoring seven first period goals. Craig Reed and Rob Cummer, Cummer, both with hat tricks, led the way in the scoring, while Ryan Collister potted two, Greg Bell, Graham Flctt and Jeff Reynolds added singles. Assists went to David Lang- staff and Jeff Reynolds, each with three, Kevin Dion, Chris Staples, David Vella, Graham Flett, .Craig Reed and Rob Cummer. While a busy month, it was a productive, confidence inspiring inspiring time. The team is improving improving with every outing, with a good, honest effort always being being rewarded. With forwards Craig Reed, Scott Lane, Jeff Reynolds, Kyle Denison, David David Vella, Jason Buckley, Ryan Collister, Greg Bell and Kevin Dion providing a balanced attack, attack, the defense of Rob Cummer, Cummer, Graham Flett, Chris Staples, Staples, David Langstaff being particularly stingy on defense, utility man Ryan Oliver throwing throwing his weight around impressively impressively on defense when not patrolling patrolling his customary center position, and Chris Burritt continuing continuing his solid performance in goal, the team marches confidently confidently on. nv 5 Ziebart® Total vehicle Protection • Includes Ziebart Super Hurt Protection'plus Protect-A-Sblne* eiterfor paint protection and Inner- Guard* Interior Fabric Protection plus under bodr Sound larrler* • Keeps pour car, truck or «an rest- free .tbe paint stays shiny...prevents Interior stains • Nationwide lifetime limited warranty % so > gg $5 nr Wf: "r.5 ■"PENETR-OIL ■ -Penetrates all seams and ■ i prevents rust from ■ forming or progressing ■ t for a full year ■ •Dripless, no mess ■ '«Exclusive Ziebart - ■ branded product «While you wait service :j 99 .95 Super Rust Protection® (LifetimeProtection) •Protects the looks and resale value of your new car, truck or van •Complete Inner body and underbody protection against salt and moisture, primary causes of rust •special Ziebart sealants coat and penetrate all critical areas, including seams and joints •Nationwide lifetime limited warranty .00 Most Cars 50 E CALL NOW OFFER EXPIRES DEC. 14,1996 195 WESTNEY RD.
