The strong team play continues continues as the exciting five game series took six games to decide a winner. Every game was decided by one goal. Once again backed by superior goaltending, the team played sound playoff hockey. Unfortunately the flu- bug hit. A tip of the hat to a great effort boys. Moving onto the York Simcoe playoffs, the Toros (and the flu bug) opened a home and home series with Pickering. With a short bench taking its toll on the club the Toros managed to get one of a possible four points, ànd did deserve better but could not seem to get a break on Pickering ice (what a surprise). surprise). Not to be discouraged, a rematch with Aurora was around the corner. With the flu bug now gone and confidence confidence levels high, the boys took all four points from Aurora. As the team's strong play continues, every member of the club is contributing in their own way to the playoff success. Goaltending has been second to none all season season long and continues to frustrate the opposition. Our fourteen skaters are playing their best two way hockey of the year.
