Different faiths will vary in the amount of freedom 'available when writing vows. The next 1 thing to do, is to sit down with your fiance and discuss all of the great moments in your relationship, also what marriage means to you as a couple. For some couples, just adding a favorite poem, prayer or passage from the bible may be all you need to get you started. To avoid any misunderstandings, misunderstandings, have your vows approved by your officiant. Personalizing your vows is well worth the time and effort when the memories are guaranteed to last a lifetime. Q. I have requested that my flower girl and ring bearer follow follow the groom and I in the recessional, but my matron of honor insists she and the best man immediately follow. She says it is not only insulting but improper. Is that true? A. No, that is not true. The proper order is bride and groom, children and then best man and woman. I also think that you need to remind her that this is your wedding and that she should abide by your preference. Do not worry about her being insulted, I have a feeling it will not be the only thing she does not agree with. . • Mùinté Catering Professional Catering for All Occasions Engagements, Weddings, Showers, Anniversaries, etc. Our Qualified Catering Consultants will assist you in making your special event | a memorable occasion. 71 Mearns Court, Unit 22, 'BownanvUk 09i • (905) 697-2980 tS See us at the Unique Wedding Show Sunday September 7/97 a K43X'Si CLOSET Carol Gray, Director Bridal Showers, Home Presentations, Fundraisers, Wardrobing Classes and Job Opportunities Call 1-905-986-5068 ,Z x f : -Ï •• " y ,/ " // > "v • Z'zziir , : / .
