To accommodate the largest collection of new boats to be shown indoors in Canada, this year's boating boating season is being extended extended until January 25th, 1998! As part of its gala 40th anniversary celebration the Toronto Boat Show is increasing in size and moving moving the date of this popular annual event, "Boaters arc going to to very surprised at the changes and improvements we arc making to the Boat Show," explained Show Manager, Carol Bell. "We arc moving the show to a new date and bringing more and bigger boats into a radically radically improved hall for 1998." The Toronto Boat Show will be held January 17- 25th, 1998 (one week later than usual) in Exhibition Place's recently opened National Trade Centre. Gone is the use of the Automotive Building; this new building is large enough to allow the show organizers to house more than 400 exhibitors and over 1,200 brand new boats, motors, personal watercraft and accessories under just one ceiling. The National Trade Centre's high 60 foot ceilings ceilings mean that for the first time in 40 years, boating enthusiasts will be able to see million dollar Dream Boats up close. The Toronto Boat Show is bringing in a dockload of large 50 ft.+ luxury cruisers this January. Even though the Toronto Boat Show is still five months away, Canada's marine manufacturing industry has responded positively positively to the show changes and improvements. According to Carol Bell, the 1998 show will be 20% largcr than the last Boat Show, and as of August 14th, exhibitors have booked 80% of available space! 150 MHz Pentium® processor • 6X CD ROM drive • 1.3 GB hard drive Only *42 per month' THREE YEAR WARRANTY ON PARTS 6 LABOUR FIRST YEAR ONSITE SERVICE PERSONAL COMPUTERS SOFTWARE TITLES INCLUDED Microsoft Plus (pre-installed) Microsoft Windows 95 (pre-instal Activision Pitfall • Mecn Warrior Sega Virtua Fighter » Plus 3 CDi Movies Computer Doctor 15 King Street East, Bowmanville, Ont.
