I used it this week at the suggestion of Mike LeSagc of Allied Van Lines to find information about how to move an acquarium. "We don't move fish or acquariums too often," says LcSage. "Most people people who do prefer to transport transport them personally, as they do with most pets." When an unusual situation situation of this nature arises, LeSagc reports, Allied representatives will often turn to the Internet, because of the huge amount of information that's available to anyone with a computer. "There's virtually nothing nothing you can't find out if you're willing to spend enough time on the Internet," he says, "and there's a wealth of background background information about household moving there for the asking. No mover has moved 'everything' so it's rather foolish to not seek help or information anywhere you can find it. For long moves, cither clean or discard your filter media. Pumps, heaters, etc. can be packed as any fragile appliance. Move your tank. Don't use a moving company or professional packers, unless you have absolutely absolutely no choice and you can supervise them packing the tank and loading it on the truck.
