"Crohn's severely limits the absorption of nutrients like calcium into the body," she said. When she lived in Rochester, New York, she was a part of the Women's Health Collective "which was based on the Boston Women's Health Collective," she said. Lycctt is a firm believer in using alternative methods methods to make yourself healthy. She is a trained nurse, and has been taking courses and programs in a number of alternative health practices practices since 1994. She has specialized in Iridology, Reiki, Therapeutic Touch, and Ear Candling and has just begun sharing her 'body wisdom' with others. "I think that there has to be more to life than good nutrition. However, the lack of good nutrition has a profound profound impact on your life."
