New Paintings Exhibited at Town Hall Oil paintings by Clara Garamvolgyi arc currently on display at the Town Hall in Bowmanville. A Handy Reminder Jennifer Hutchison, the youngest student at Bowmanville High School, placed her hands into cement poured for the school's Time Capsule on Friday, May 22. The ceremony ceremony was opened by a fanfare from students in Mr. Parker's music department and greetings from the municipality by Mayor Diane Hamre. A marker was also placed next to the imprint of Jennifer's hands. The marker had been made by Jane Eccles' classical classical art class to be placed on top of the site, next to a bench to be built by Mr. Clubine's construction class.
